By using the EcoGreen Pro website and/or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

EcoGreen Pro Pty Ltd provides eco-friendly steam cleaning for:

• Vehicles of all sizes (from small cars to large vans)
• Homes and offices
• Commercial and corporate properties

Services are performed using European steam cleaning technology, minimising water usage and chemical exposure.

All services are subject to availability of staff and equipment.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made online through the EcoGreen Pro website.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Customers can select their preferred service options and vehicle/property size before payment.
• Prices displayed are in AUD and include GST.
• Additional fees may apply for oversized vehicles or exceptionally soiled interiors; these will be communicated before the service.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.
• Cancellations 48 hours or less before the appointment: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
• No-shows or missed appointments: This includes inability to access the vehicle or perform the service due to customer unavailability, locked gates, or incorrect location details. No refund, as staff time and travel have been allocated.
• Cancellations by EcoGreenPro (e.g., weather or operational issues): Full refund or reschedule offered.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Customer Access and Responsibilities

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to vehicles or properties at the scheduled time.
• Vehicles should be unlocked or keys provided for interior cleaning services.
• EcoGreen Pro is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access or incorrect booking details.

5. Damage and Liability

• EcoGreen Pro’s steam cleaning is safe for vehicle paintwork and interiors.
• Customers must notify EcoGreen Pro of any pre-existing damage.
• EcoGreen Pro is not liable for damage resulting from:
  • Pre-existing paint or interior wear and tear
  • Faulty seals, ageing materials, or structural issues
• EcoGreen Pro carries public liability insurance for all services provided.

6. Corporate and Company Bookings

• Recurring or corporate bookings can be arranged with separate invoicing if required.
• EcoGreen Pro reserves the right to apply separate terms for corporate contracts or commercial agreements.

7. Privacy

• Personal information (including name, contact details, and payment information) is collected for the purpose of booking and providing our services.
• All data is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal obligations.

8. Changes to Terms

EcoGreen Pro may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most recent version will apply to all bookings. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
